Crossroad Capital's core investment principal is partnering with growth minded management teams looking to develop their organization both in terms of size and market leadership. We believe in applying our key investment criteria across all investment opportunities to provide consistent, industry-agnostic metrics to all interested parties.

Geographic Focus: Southeast region of the US

Company Size: Lower middle market companies with annual EBITDA of $2 to $5 million

Sector Focus: Business and Professional Services, Asset-Light Services

Capitalization: Conservative use of leverage but typically 50% of capital structure

Ownership Level: Controlling interest

Value Optimization

Crossroads is involved in all aspects of managing the Platforms including the development of a post investment Value Optimization Program. As necessary, at least one Crossroads’ manager will become a full-time (CEO/President) or Fractional employee of each Platform investment to ensure the successful implementation of the VOP.

The primary objective of this "hands on" approach is to efficiently and effectively transform these entrepreneurial businesses into companies that will maximize the enterprise value over time and maintain strategic alignment with Crossroads Capital's stated objectives.
